We cater events for 50–120 guests and love working with schools, churches, and community groups. Whether you're feeding a team, blessing a congregation, or throwing a party, we’ll help create a custom menu that fits your people and your purpose. A month’s notice is preferred so we can plan and prepare accordingly.

Where Faith Meets Flavor
We’re Jamie and Monica—two ministry-minded food lovers who followed a God-given idea and watched it multiply. The name If Jesus Made Quesadillas came to us during a walk and a prayer, and as soon as it was spoken, we knew we were onto something bigger than ourselves.
The name reflects our heart: if Jesus made it, it would be excellent. It would be made from scratch, full of goodness, and served with joy. That’s our standard. From our handcrafted dishes to the way we show up at events, everything we do is filtered through that lens of faith and love.
This truck isn’t just about food—it’s a platform for connection, encouragement, and ministry. We’ve prayed over every step of this journey and continue to watch God open doors, spark conversations, and draw people in.
